    No. thats not correct.
    No timeline was provided. EGM was purely called to discuss the stock split.


    Has anyone reached out to Nick directly rather than through CPS?
    I don't have his direct contact details. And I'm sure he won't respond to me. The company is not bound to provide regular updates.
