    they need to use ATL funds to bring in a few PHD Doctorates, etc, tests, figures out what works, start producing....

    what's the point of gradual improvement????

    we need quick fixes, steady production and revenue

    stocking for higher prices is idiotic, we have 650kt rss and ooen at depth, so we sell cheap, there's plenty more for 42 years.....
