The word genius gets bandied a lot here. In my opinion, polymaths rather than so-called geniuses make better leaders.
Therefore, is it fair to say that AXE, which has disruptive technologies, makes it even harder for them to crack the established market segments and, us shareholders have been guilty of expecting too much of the current personnel to also find industry needs? Hence, a diverse perspective that can handle multi-dimensional aspects will be ideal going forward.
All cards are on the table. I truly think that these are going to prove to be exciting times.
