IMO, the Sham rule has the market worried (see below). Since April, unemployment has gone up another 0.1%. So the Sahm rule is on the verge of being triggered and all the recent consumer and business surveys paint a bleak picture.

=> Biden has been plugging all the holes in the dike with his fingers to paint a rosy picture. But its all starting to crumble now. . .
