My understanding from this announcement is that Mr Mo is completely moving away from the company. I think he should stay and take up role such as CTO (Chief Technology Officer). He is very capable of handling product research & development and take the company to new heights. The CEO role can be handled by someone with relevant expertise in driving commercial value.
