Im not quite sure what you mean. David and the other board members do have a fudiciary responsibility to share holders, like all other ASX listed companies. He's also completely allowed to be interested in Bitcoin and to post what he wants on his personal social media account. Much like you and I are allowed to put what we want on our personal accounts. I dont know his entire backstory but I do know that sophisticated and institutional investors wouldn't invest if they didn't see the benefit in RGL.
I'll be interested to see what questions get asked during the Q&A on Friday. We're also waiting on the aircore drilling results which should be out soon.
