I have to agree, Its apparant from their lack of achievement that they just dont have the ability to get this over the line.
They did well when it was in the pilot plant building & testing stages but since then they havent really achieved much at all. They got the traxxys offtake but even that doesnt really amount to much if you cant deliver product to be sold.
Sure the Li price doesnt help our current situation but one cannot blame that, we couldnt achieve finance when the Li price was up.

I still ask myself what they could possibly be doing there in the office each day. Pilot plant, sample testing, etc, etc.....Its all done and were just waiting for finance.!
Im sure after this many years they have also ran out of phone numbers to call to ask for finance.

Motivation would be extremely low when theres nothing to do especially when you dont have to meet any kpi's or performance targets to still get a nice pay cheque each week and peformance bonuses each year.

I dont deny that management would be down in the dumps about our current situation but what keeps them going is the pay cheque that it would appear they are not about to give up.

Because of this LPD has for the time being turned into a lifestyle company for the lucky few.
Unfortuantly unless things change we will simply run out of money.

Most of use here are sitting on big paper losses with this so its not even worth selling for a few pennys and moving on, better to just stay and play it out in the hope that a miracle comes our way.
