It’s not a change of topic - it’s a sign that the company was not bluffing when I asked them in October last year as to progress on potency assay work for back and heart, given the horror they were going through with aGVHD. The answer I got then was that the work with CLBP was a lot more advanced than for heart (for the obvious reason that they were then preparing for the back trial to commence).
So I took the patent application on method of treating progressive heart failure which first appeared here a few months ago in someone’s post, as a sign of progress.
