    I recently read on my phone a nutritionist saying 2 or 3 squares of dark chocolate each week is fine. I think this is truly only starvation... this morning I ate about 20 grams and will do likewise perhaps the same thrice more over the remainder of a week. Such eating will not change my weight, of that I'm certain. Some nutritionists are just scaremongers.
