Lots of movement at LTR. I think the US$250m investment by LG into a $2.4b company shows that AGY will struggle to get anywhere near that amount. Confirms 10ktpa will be quite a long way away in terms of being able to raise that kind of money for it, and would likely have to be made up of a combination of strategic investment + part-prepaid offtake + cap raising at market. I simply cannot see a major tier 1 throwing that kind of money at such a small company.

I would say income from 2ktpa would help, but reality is should anything be sold from their current stockpiles/production, it would be to keep the lights on and not have to tap the market to pay for day to day activities.

Crazy amount of dilution coming over the next couple of years. They need to get some value going into the company, and fast.
