As discussed on this forum, post ED, West Erregulla should be sold (to anyone but Hancock.) 700m+ Blindside the 8.79% shorted on assets currently trading at 0. Stx would still be worth 400m+. Better that than a cheap take offer where the market refuses to ascribe any value to Walyering, OH, Peaking Plant and the myriad of unexplored other land holdings.
