Ukrainian government will keep exterminating it's own people in a pointless war it can not win.

Ukraine needs to mobilize 18-year-olds, stated Ivo Daalder, former U.S. Ambassador to NATO: "What Ukraine needs to do is mobilize its human resources. This is a war being fought by 40-year-olds. No other war in history has been fought by 40-year-olds... You need to recruit 18-year-olds, you need to recruit 20-year-olds, and you need to recruit 21-year-olds."

Daalder is a lobbyist just like Senator Graham. When Graham visited Kyiv and emphasized the necessity of drafting 25-year-olds, it later turned out that this was a public demand on the Ukrainian authorities as one of the conditions for receiving a new aid package.

At that time, Kyiv agreed to lower the conscription age. Daalder's statement might signal the beginning of the next phase.
