Unless you have something like inside information, putting more than 10-15% of your wealth into any single speculative investment is generally a bad idea no matter how good you think the investment is. There are just too many unknowns and unknowables to justify going beyond that.
Of course if you want to gamble and not invest then none of this applies, but don't fool yourself that you are investing when you are really just gambling.
