Absolutely agree .... the Board has been milking this POS for far too long .... free shares, travel, bonus, cash and god knows what else ....
They are a disgrace .... what have they ever achieved ?? zilch !!

Shareholders may wish to remove a company director for a number of reasons. These may relate to poor performance leading to loss of confidence and/or hostility, or simply the need to cut costs when there are multiple directors. In smaller companies where interested parties are both directors and shareholders, directors are commonly removed because of disagreements between parties. In any case, the process for removing directors must adhere to strict rules.
