    Some will sell. But they would be trading the dumbest trade of the decade, because after the 10 builds comes the deal for 20 hadrian xs and then the full 300. Notnto mention what could comenout of the middle east with a binding MOA, mexico, and as I still have faith in it, the east coast of Australia.
