Yeah, my wife is retiring next June, and I may do the same. We don't need to work anymore, comfortably off, no mortgage, no debts. Downsizing the current acreage property will allow us to add another $600K to super fund in the next few years. WA1 has brought forward my retirement by several years, so thanks Paul !
