Correct, they don't have the money to buy a business let alone fund the massive cash burn. We know what this means, it means a massive CR and further dilution. Goat needs an "acquisition" so he can get a CR across the line as no one would be willing to cough up cash otherwise
It's going to be interesting to watch if anyone buys this new fairytale
