There will of course need to be a fairly comprehensive recycling industry by then Seaemay, because the planet simply cannot afford to junk millions of used batteries, but given that EV batteries may have a life of only 5-10 years and the EVs themselves maybe twice that, there ought to still be some net addition to demand from replacement.
