It makes sense to me for two reasons.
1. JP has said they won't talk deals until the 4 x P2 trials are done, which are now 3 trials given the PWS delay and he is a man of his word.
2. The contract with Acadia is an issue and is a roadblock to a TO, despite some trigger happy top holders.
