LGES must have valued the company at around those numbers.
They probably factored in a discount to the pricing aswell.
I had the value off the LTR/LGES deal valuing LTR at $4.753 billion.
Its great to see LGES aligned with Tim Goyder at the pricing point at $1.80 with both the capital notes conversion and the SPP price that Goyder was involved in not long back.
So here we have both parties at $1.80 and basically in agreeance that they won't sell out at less than $3.00 per share.
When LTR hits production i imagine they will want alot more than the $3 offered by ALB at the time.
Not long to go now and yes i think the deal announced today is a good 1.
