It does have an agenda to make Russia a mendicant state and supplier to it of unwrought raw materials.
What kind of stranglehold does China have on Russia for it to willingly oxy-torch a key industrial asset? Xi will pay Putin in Yuan - good luck spending it!
We loathe Russia's invasion of Ukraine and actively support Ukraine in its War of Independence, yet China's behaviour is truly excerable.
Do not doubt where the main game is: it is directly to our North.
