No matter how often you paste this in, it still does not say AGIG are funding the plant construction nor the pipeline. Why would they if Warrego is prepared to pay cash?

If you want to go into more detail, almost all tolling arrangements involve security given to the tolling company by the users. Strike has given security over its assets to Macbank and AGIG will not want to rank second to them. I doubt AGIG will fund any of the gas gathering network and they may well require a degree of financial investment by users as well to ensure they have skin in the game. I doubt Warrego will want to do that as it an n expensive use of capital when they don’t need to. Strike probably can’t afford to do this without a big equity raise. We do not know of course what the real facts are and Stuart could easily announce that it is tolling, if it is. I wonder why he hasn’t?
