The fact shares are issued at a premium indicates it’s another failed business AF is somehow associated with and the premium paid to acquire a business that is worthless to everyone else is covered up by issuing shares at the premium all designed to try and trick others into believing that should now be the share price. Same trick was used with Capricorn and look how that ended up.
Didnt surprise me that they wanted to buy revenue that in less than 2 years will probably be half what it is today.
Id the share price does temporarily jump then watch out for the exit of all the smart money.
