I think it could be as simple as the market gradually realising how cheap this still is despite all the info we have. The fundamentals certainly warrant it so it's not like anyone should be surprised by prices moving higher (if the company was performing poorly then you could perhaps assume someone may know something). Probably old news still being priced in
