You can get buyo at 0.2c with 14 months expiry.
They hold 15% in pep. Bph holds 38% in pep11.
I hold bphob, but have added nearly 40m buyo and buy as coverage if decision is after sep.
If approved, buyo probably goes to 3c, for 1500%. Buy to 5c. Bph to 15c.
We want leverage at a controlled risk.
The potential gain on buyo is less than bphob, but 1500%. Is very, very good with little time risk.
