Just started looking at this company.
Question for those who have been around for longer - what has Simon said about the appointment of John West as INED? The announcement noted that John initially started the DGL warehouse assets until it was sold to current company in 2018.
So how 'independent' is John, assuming he would have had interacted / worked with Simon for a number of years? I assume given he accepted the board position, they are on friendly terms.
