If we apply the same performance standard to the Director responsible for this region, who is now the Managing Director, Gavin Ball, should he not face the same fate as Hancock? Instead of being promoted, he should be removed for his lack of performance.

Hancock completed the Liquaforce acquisition just two weeks before being removed.

This acquisition is expected to triple the company’s revenue and become the largest contributor to revenue in FY25, according to the guidance.This achievement certainly contradicts the notion of “losing confidence.”
