well if the processing of an application for leave to appeal is four to six months WTF if going on, the appeal was lodged early december 2023, its been in process from 8 months?
i see the shorters sold 380,000 yesterday, their activity is ramping up, you might ask yourself what they know, while we languish at 52c as i speak. It worries me that they are confident at these levels, when theoretically, going on those guidelines,we should have a decision by now on whether the appeal is either upheld or thrown out, there is something wrong.
