I must say, the fact they chose not to raise despite the big rise is a very good sign. Expectations clearly that they will deliver news that takes it higher from here before needing to raise. Also shows they clearly feel confident they have holders that will support a raise when they decide to do it... so they aren't rushing to raise on the rise like many of the recent runners.
