i think this demerger is the best option for the company, I wonder who put it together?
It was a little confusing the setup of this and it wasnt clear where the value was held, at least this gives us transparency on how these mines are operating and drive them a little harder (instead of sitting there as a secondary to the PTT coal business income).
Great decision and look forward to seeing positive outcomes on other non coal business e.g gold.
