Yep unfortunately the only thing we are doing at this stage is feeding the directors and staff…
If the company was run lean we would be looking good. Unfortunately Reg and co are using it as a lifestyle/retirement fund.
The wage bill is the biggest concern. Should not even be half of what it is.
