I don't feel inclined to get into a philisophical argument about the US legal system. It has proven itself suspect over many things over many years.

Everyone knows the judiciary has been complicit in pursuing Trump and in so doing they have opened a pandoras box any future President can call on those evils to his/her advantage. It is what it is and altruism has left the building in teh process.

The ABC program has come in for a shellacking on Twitter X for it's turning up the rhetoric when both side of the eqtn proclaimed it be turned down. Calls for the Community Notes to condemn it for unfactual content, calls for fact over fiction etc. And you know full well Trump already stated he was NOT in in lock step with Project 25
