ok as you said another day of being controlled by sophisticated investors, and they keep accumulating the shares, and they have done this for more than 6 months now, haven't they?
so prior to CR you only need about 11m shares to be subholder so if they are accumulating the shares as you suggested then we should already have new subholder notices. but the fact is there are no new subholder notices, so maybe they are not accumulating the shares?
