sure if you took coal out of the system overnight.... but thats not a provability or even desirable.
over 50 years though withdrawal of coal will happen as a consequence of aging plants. and as alternative energy sources reduce the need for coal generation.
theres no point making an absurd inference of withdrawing coal overnight. its plain silly.
