i doubt the delay is due to windfarms or environmental impacts or anything in that nature. Id dare say the political delay is more along of the lines of corruption and personal gain hence the decision makers are avoiding any public debate or mention of pep11
In saying that ill top up at 018 next week and potentially 017 in august and dump again at 021.
