How ASIC can leave the question of the authority by which NAIF intends handing over the $610 million to JPGA Partners is beyond my comprehension.
The court transcript could be very revealing and potentially embarrassing, at a later date, for ministers King and Gallagher, if Justice Black does what ASIC seems to have done, proceed as if the question of legality of the transfer does not exist.
