If you're presenting a critical viewpoint without offering counter solutions, that is "whining" in my books. LTR management is executing fantastically given what they have to work with. For you to come in to critcise and condemn, and then offer nothing of substance in return, is that not the definition of "trolling"?
If you were aiming to ruffle some feathers, then well done, you've achieved it.
