Reading this paper is what made me call Peter Molloy in June 2019 and ask him if he was interested in me cornerstoning their next capital raise.
I am only speculating on why the abstract is so different to the full content as I have not yet been able to speak to Cowan directly to find out what actually happened. He is private practice these days and he is not easy to get in contact with.
In regards ethics, the 1980s and 1990s were a different time. Plenty of shady things went on then that would result in massive fines and jail time if done today.
