I think it is time management locked in a $4 mill CR @ 80c. Sometimes you gotta know you have pushed it far enough. I expect a TH tomorrow or later this week.
This would remove the dead weight of a pending CR out the way as well as fully fund some high level of drill activity which will unlock the resource below.
