There is also a service aspect to the business - collection, reverse logistics and data analytics. This applies to the refurbishing and cartridge collections. Organisations like HP rely on companies like CLG and Alchemy. Once itad develops into a material revenue stream then the question of the cost of raw material will be more relevant I think. This is just my state of knowledge and I would value any insights.
