There's a higher chance of a massive rerate given the update of the clinical trials to date and there will be an announcement which will rerate the pps and not cause such a big retract. It wasn't the excellent first interim clinical update for VAXINIA released 8 months ago so maybe it will need a double whammy clinical trial update for OASIS and Azer-Cel???? The MC of $3.5B will be more justifiable with the development of these IP then just based on HER-Vaxx 3 years ago, I still see a T/O of $8B so at a pps of $1.
