It really looks like they dont have to do a single thing about your questions...or your misconduct reports. I think you are being very wishful to think anyone is going to turn up to court to go and prove they are acting legally...on the behalf of your complaints.
I'm sorry, you gave it a decent go. I'm not sure what else you can do without lawyers. It's tough seeing Genex get taken over like this.
