Enr $1 takeover bid would also be approved as chalice would more than likely accept a nice quick profit on their investment. So $3 -$3.5 billion could currently purchase most of the mineralised belt . In my eyes that seems crazy given the resource proved in the mineralised belt already by the two companies.
