I think it's defamatory to claim that there are no personal reasons. If other information is revealed and you later have reason to believe that "personal reasons" is not a valid statement, and feel misled, then I encourage you to report it to ASIC. But until then, let's not speak unkindly of people unless we have more than just internal thoughts.
