It appears you are wanting a take over in the short term because you want to make a quick buck and cant stomach the volatile share price.

Theres different investors out there, im in it for the long run, ive wanted to own a substantial amount of a company and watch it grow from spec to producer, kinda like buying FMG at 3c. Deposits dont come around like this often and to snag one in its infancy is every traders dream.
