Perhaps, but they still need to make the other ~67% of power needed appear at Kachi. How will they do that?
And what are the costs of trucking the LiCl to Salta?
Will trucking be environmentally and socially acceptable?
Will they need to redo the EIS given the impacts?
It’s a can of worms.
