I think the property thread represents the general feeling of frustration, disbelief and the dim outlook people hold of the Australian property market at current.
We've had less bullish posts on property of late, possibly because its a generally bear dominated forum lets be honest, but also the facts and figures coming out of the REIV/auction results etc have been less than flattering, coupled with higher interest rates and a promise to cut immigration.
The wheel has started to turn. As it does with all cyclical investments.
If it's boring here now just a wait a while longer till the next rate rise kicks in.
