You are correct @Rupfel we have a 49% JV agreement and as such we Sayona must pay our share with respect to that JV and upon reflection of these companies joint ventures together any payments made by Sayona to Morella are justified under the terms of those arrangements...so @Yowie your comments regarding the misappropriation of Sayona's funds is totally incorrect sorry to say but the facts are what matters and yes I did question it and wanted to know the truth with regard to the comments made by @Yowie and those questions have been answered by the company to me...so nothing untoward with respect to the payment to 1MC.
