I like how company spin it "Heavily Subscribed" as being positively. I've seen this so many penny stock of late but realiy is broker get paid on amount they rasie so dumping at issue price they get money back get paid for rasie. In some cases get broker on board also get free option. Normally these are brokers like CPS Peek they know how get best deal for themselves but shareholders are one normaly paying price.
