I guess the positive is quantum appear to need to stay in control of this resource. I dont know if they really care if it is in the ground or out as they will try to sell it anyway via their tokens. I get the feeling that they will sell tokens supposedly linked to the gold in ground but im not convinced bez will ever see any of this money? Lets face it the 30 month 300 m usd deal is now pretty much gone. The only reason it wasnt cancelled is because quantum were never obliged to pay more money anyway so doesnt matter if its cancelled or not. Quantum could pay more it seems but who knows? Miracles could happen and they provide a huge chunk of finance right when it is actually required to get production happening?
